LeaderShape® Institute

Are you interested in enhancing your leadership skills? Are you interested in challenging yourself? Are you interested in meeting new people? If you said yes to one or more of these, then LeaderShape® is for you! LeaderShape® is a week-long leadership retreat that teaches students of all levels what it means to be an effective leader. The program focuses on how to “lead with integrity” and incorporates many hands-on activities for students to learn what this means in an intensive and concentrated way. The institute takes place during the last week of Winter Break, January 6–11, so participants don’t have to miss classes. Thanks to many generous donations from Michigan Tech and LeaderShape® alumni, it costs just $100 for students to participate, and may be even less if you’re sponsored by your student org.  And applications are now available! So don’t miss out on this unique and invaluable opportunity, and apply today!

I myself am a 2012 LeaderShape® alumna, so I’m not lying when I tell you how awesome it is! LeaderShape® was definitely an unforgettable and once-in-a lifetime experience that I believe is invaluable to students seeking to be the best leaders they can be.
