Enrolled at Michigan Tech in the Civil Engineering or Survey Engineering bachelor’s degree program. Be in good academic standing with a minimum 2.5 GPA. Senior status for UPRB Endowed Memorial Scholarship and Joseph H. Meagher Memorial Scholarship. Richard C. Mertz Memorial Scholarship requires Junior or Senior status and Michigan residency.
