How to check what forms are submitted

The Graduate School maintains a list of forms for each degree type and deadlines.

Students may check what forms have been submitted by logging into Banweb (http://banweb.mtu.edu) with their Michigan Tech username and password.

Click on the “Student Services” tab (boxed below).

Click on the “Student Records” link (boxed below).

Click on the “Graduate School Documents” link (boxed below).

The forms submitted will be listed.  Note that training required by the University or Graduate School, such as orientation, will also be listed.
