On Tuesday September 19 at 6:00 AM, our phone system vendor will be applying changes to our software licensing. While they believe this will have no impact, there is a slight chance that the phone system could go down as a result. This would affect all University phones and their ability to make and receive phone calls.
We’ll be monitoring the changes live with the vendor and have resources available to correct any issues that result.
If there is an issue, we expect the system would be back and available by 7:00 AM.
