New Voicemail to Email Service
Monday, October 11th, 2010Telcom is pleased to introduce a new Voicemail to Email service to the campus community. Voicemail to Email is an optional voice mail feature provided through the University’s NuPoint Unified Messaging system. Once the feature is activated, whenever someone leaves you a voicemail message, you will receive email at your Michigan Tech (@mtu.edu) email address containing a copy of the voicemail message attached as an audio file. You can listen to the audio file with a standard player such as Windows Media Player, RealPlayer, or QuickTime.
This optional service is available at no additional cost to all users of the Michigan Tech telephone system. For details on how this service feature works and instructions for activating, please see http://www.tc.mtu.edu/voice/voicemail/voicemailemail.php.
