Telcom is receiving billing data from AT&T for cellular phone customers more quickly than in the past. Prior to July 2011, departments were receiving bills based on information that was more than a month old.

As a result of the improved delivery of billing data, customers received two cellular bills in the month of July. One was for the billing cycle of 05/20/11 to 06/19/11 and the other was for the current cycle of 06/20/11 to 07/19/11.
