Student may register online using Banweb. Check under Banweb to find out the classes being offered this spring and summer semesters. It is helpful for students to talk to their academic advisor and plan for future semesters prior to registering.

It is also important to note that when online registration is closed, students will have to register in the Registrar’s office. If there are any conflicts, it is also helpful to see academic advisor for any approval.

The time conflict permission form should be completed and submitted prior to registration.  Forms can be found on Registrar’s Office website (http://www.mtu.edu/registrar/students/registration/).

Thanksgiving Plan!

Thanksgiving recess is approaching, and it is time for students to plan for the break. For students who are considering going home for Thanksgiving break, Michigan Tech has several ways to help students to get rides home.

The IRHC Online Rideboard provides a channel to help student get connected for a ride or filling up a carpool.  It is very helpful for students to post a trip on the IRHC rideboard map, students can find their destination on the map, and all details are included for students to make the decision for rides. It also gives tips for winter driving and to help student  be better prepared for the trip. More information can be found in the IRHC Online Rideboard website (http://www.irhc.mtu.edu/orb/).

Plan your break early, so you have a safe and comfortable ride home! Enjoy the break!
