Winter Carnival

Hi everyone!

Welcome to Winter Carnival 2017! For those who are experiencing Winter Carnival for their first time, welcome to the greatest tradition here at Michigan Tech. For those who have been here for previous years, it is always just as exciting as the first year. I’m sure you have all noticed statues being built for the past month all over campus. Tonight is the “All-Nighter Statue Competition”. Students will be out finishing up these statues all night. There is also going to be new ones being completely done in just one night! It is an exciting night and I encourage you all to check it out. Remember to dress warm tonight. It will be very cold, wear layers!

Beginning at 8 pm tonight, all buildings will be locked with the exception of Fisher, Walker and the MUB.

There are many events happening all over campus during carnival, try your best to go to a few!
