You are invited to participate in a paid online study as we look at the differences between in-person and remote academic teamwork environments. During a 55-minute webinar session you will be asked to watch a short video of a team and report your reactions to it, and then complete a brief diagnostic test that will be used to place you on a 4-person team that will complete a brief group task via zoom webinar.
Participants will receive a $20 Amazon gift card. Participation in this study is completely voluntary and is not connected in any way to evaluation in your courses.
This study is being conducted in collaboration with the University of Michigan. It was reviewed by Michigan Technological University’s Research Integrity Office and approved by University of Michigan’s Institutional Review Board (HUM00206867).
