MTU IT Seeking Students for Software Operations Team

Michigan Tech Information Technology is seeking to hire multiple students for their Software Operations team. These roles help us package, test, and deploy the hundreds of applications used every day in the University Windows computer labs. IT is looking for 1st and 2nd year students who will have time to learn and grow with our team. Hired applicants can start immediately and work full-time this summer.

Seeking Volunteers for IPC Regional Contest

This Saturday, February 26 2022,, Michigan Tech will be hosting one of micro-sites in the ICPC Regional Contest. Information on the contest can be found here (note, all schedule times are in CT, we add an hour): https://na.icpc.global/home/regionals/ncna-home/

Laura Brown, Computer Science, looking for a few volunteers to help out with setting up in the morning, checking in teams, helping organize food (lunch/dinner), patrol the contest, and to pack up. 

The event will run from approximately 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Volunteers can help out for a few hours or stay for the day.  I can offer a t-shirt (coming later this semester) and free lunch/dinner for your assistance.
