Department of Applied Computing students are invited to meet the final faculty candidates for the Mechatronics, Electrical, and Robotics Engineering Technology Assistant Teaching Professor position.
One of the two candidates will be selected to fulfill the position and your feedback is critically important for making this decision.
Two events are especially critical for Applied Computing graduate and undergraduate students to attend:
- Technical Presentation: The candidates will provide a sample lecture on “Alternating Current Power and Applications” with the goal that the faculty and students can observe the candidates’ teaching style. At the end of the lecture, there will be time for questions and answers. The technical presentation is scheduled on Tuesday, Feb. 21, from 1:30-2:30 in EERC 214 and on Thursday, Feb. 23, 1:30-2:30 in Rekhi 214.
- Meeting with undergraduate and graduate students. You can meet, chat with, and learn about the candidates on Tuesday and Thursday, February 21 and 23, from 3:30 – 4:30 in Fisher 326.
