Nominations for undergraduate Student Government (USG) Representatives are open until Sunday, March 10, 2024, at 5 pm. Please submit a nomination or two for someone you believe would represent the student body as a:
- Second Year Representative (2 positions available)
- Third Year Representative (2 positions available)
- Fourth Year Representative (2 positions available)
- College of Business Representative (1 position available)
- College of Computing Representative (2 positions available)
- College of Engineering Representative (4 positions available)
- College of Forest Resources and Environmental Science Representative (1 position available)
- College of Sciences and Arts Representative (2 positions available)
USG members must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.25 and be in good conduct standing. If you are nominated for a position and do not meet the GPA or conduct requirements, you will not be eligible to run and will not receive an email notifying you of your nomination and next steps.
USG members are required to hold 3 office hours per week and join a standing committee, all of which meet weekly. Additionally, members attend weekly meetings on Wednesdays from 7-9PM.
Nominations will be accepted until 5 pm on Sunday, March 10, 2024. Candidates are required to attend a mandatory election information session, either on Tuesday, March 12, at 7 pm or Thursday, March 14, at 5 pm. Elections will open at 8 am on Monday, March 18, and close at 5 pm on Sunday, March 24. New members will be sworn in at the meeting on Wednesday, March 27, at 7 pm.
