Joining an enterprise is a great alternative to senior design. It gives members the flexibility to choose the project they work on and it allows them to become more familiarized with the project as the work is spread out over a two-year timeframe. Unlike senior design where students dedicate 15-20 hours a week to project work, with Innovative Global Solutions enterprise, only 3.5 hours/week are required during the first year and 7 hours/week during the second year. Being a part of an enterprise also allows for more team bonding opportunities and the flexibility to experience new teams within the enterprise realm!
