At the Jan 11, 2011 LMS meeting, the timeline for pilot Phase II was confirmed:
- Spring/Summer/Fall 2011: expand Bb 9.1 pilot to include additional instructors
- Spring/Summer 2011: expand pilot to include other LMS options (Canvas, Moodle and Sakai) along with Bb 9.1 .
- Fall 2011: expand pilot testing – include all 4 LMS’s and have them tested by as many pilot testers as are available and is feasible.
- Fall 2011: Collect data, conduct analysis, select LMS option(s) to test on campus
- Spring 2012: Final LMS recommendation to senior leadership
