  1. Call for papers: Capstone Design Conference


Calling all those involved in capstone design!  Share your ideas and challenges at the 2018 Capstone Design Conference this summer – June 4-6, 2018 in Rochester, New York, USA.  The 2018 Conference will include dynamic panel discussions, interactive poster presentations, workshops, keynote sessions, and many opportunities for networking.


The call for papers and workshops is available on the conference website:  The deadline for papers and workshops is January 8, 2018 – see the conference website for submission details.  [Note: papers are short – 4 pages maximum – to allow for publication of expanded versions elsewhere.]  The capstone design community welcomes your contributions!

The College of Engineering at The University of Toledo invites applications for a non-tenure track lecturer appointment in the Chemical Engineering Department for Fall 2018. The successful candidate is expected to instruct and maintain the undergraduate laboratories, teach additional classes in the curriculum as needed, lead assessment and accreditation activities, and assist with undergraduate recruitment and retention efforts. Applicants must have an earned Masters or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.  Details are available at:
