The Texas A&M Accountability, Climate, Equity, and Scholarship (ACES) Fellows Program is a faculty hiring program with the goal of fostering the development of early-career scholars committed to enhancing the diversity of the department, college, and university. The Program offers a two-year fellowship with an objective of transitioning to a tenure-track faculty position at the conclusion of the fellowship. The ACES Fellows will receive:
- A two-year fellowship that includes access to research labs, startup funds, and PhD students
- A unique opportunity to obtain a tenure-track position after the fellowship period expires
- Internal and external mentoring and professional coaching
All qualified applicants who have demonstrated a strong track record of promoting diversity are encouraged to apply. Applications are due Nov 1, 2021. I would appreciate it if you can pass this announcement to students and postdocs in your University.
