  • Must have designed an innovative project that makes a difference in the lives of others (apps, website, etc.)

  • Must be a high school senior enrolled at an accredited college or university in the United States for the 2024-25 academic year
  • Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Must be of Hispanic heritage (includes Spain, Brazil and Philippines)
  • Must be in attendance (virtually) at the regional awards ceremony
