New Payroll deadlines

Beginning on Monday, October 10, 2016, payroll submission and approval deadlines will change to the following:

Employees must submit time sheets by Noon on payroll Mondays.
Approvers must approve time sheets by 2PM on payroll Mondays.

This change will enable Payroll to better serve departments through earlier notification of issues or questions regarding submitted time.

To help facilitate this deadline shift, employees are encouraged to submit time sheets immediately following their last shift of the pay period. Approvers who have not already set up a proxy in Banweb are encouraged to do so.

Please contact Payroll Services at 7-2130 or payroll@mtu.edu with questions.

Thank you for your cooperation.
