Volunteers Needed for Virtual Reality Research Experiment

Michigan Tech students, staff, and faculty, as well as individuals from the Houghton community, are invited to participate in a perception experiment being conducted by faculty and students of the Department of Computer Science.

The experiments involve viewing and moving around in computer-generated “virtual reality” environments or “real” environments and making perceptual judgments.

To participate in this experiment you must be between 18 and 35, have normal or corrected-to-normal vision, no history of epilepsy or seizures, and the ability to walk without impairment.

Participants will be compensated for their time. Participation
is entirely voluntary, and participants may withdraw from the experiment at any time without penalty.
