Volunteers are invited to take part in a research project on team leadership being conducted by Michigan Tech Mechanical Engineering graduate Drew Pienta.
Volunteers will observe a video of a working project team and provide feedback regarding the video’s team interactions. The entire study takes place via Zoom and takes approximately one hour. Upon successful completion of the study, you will receive a $20 Amazon gift card that will be sent directly to your email within one week.
