Amount: Up to $10,000 a year
Eligibility:
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college or university in the United States
- Must be a US citizen
- Must identify as Black, African American, Afro-Caribbean, Afro-Latinx, or other African descent
- Must demonstrate financial need
- Cannot be a dependent of an ELC member
