Where the Wild Huskies Are: Meet Your 2025 Homecoming Court
Homecoming is here, Huskies—and this year’s theme, “Where the Wild Huskies Are,” is all about celebrating the adventurous spirit that makes Tech, well… Tech. Seven incredible student leaders have been named to the 2025 Homecoming Court, and they’re ready to represent the Husky Pack in one of our most beloved traditions.
Being on Court isn’t just about titles and crowns. It’s about recognizing students who step up—whether that’s mentoring classmates, leading organizations, doing research that makes an impact, or volunteering in the Keweenaw. These seven Huskies show what it truly means to wear the black and gold:
Homecoming Court 2025
- Kendall Danko – Third-Year Civil Engineering
- Joelle White – Third-Year Environmental Engineering & Water Resource Recovery Technology
- Emma Tebo – Fourth-Year Wildlife Ecology & Conservation
- Brynn Santi – Fourth-Year Psyhology/Pre-Health and Public Health
- Lily Ketelsen – Third-Year Medical Laboratory Sciences & Mathematical Sciences
- Lauren Kubow – Fourth-Year Mechanical Engineering & Business Manufacturing
- Abby Refior – Third-Year Human Biology & Pre-Health Professions
All week long, the Court will be front and center at Homecoming traditions you won’t want to miss—like the Cardboard Boat Races and the high-energy Lip Sync Battle.
The big moment comes Saturday, September 20, during the Homecoming Football Game at 4 p.m. at Kearly Stadium, when two students will be crowned this year’s Homecoming Royalty.
Whether you’re racing a cardboard boat, cheering at the Lip Sync, playing non-compete cornhole, or showing up to the game, Homecoming is about more than just competition—it’s about coming together as a community. This year’s Court is living proof that Husky pride is alive and well, and “Where the Wild Huskies Are” is exactly where you’ll want to be.
Check out the full Homecoming schedule at the Student Leadership and Involvement Homecoming page and get ready to celebrate with the pack!
