Khana Khazana Feaures Japanese Food

This week’s Khana Khazana food trailer will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday in the MUB Circle. Friday’s feature is Japanese Chicken Katsu Curry, a combination of deep fried chicken cutlets and a rich and delicious curry sauce. The sauce is generally quite mild which makes it great for people who don’t like spicy foods. The sauce is made by frying together curry powder, flour, and oil along with other ingredients to make a roux. The roux is then added to stewed meat, onions, carrots and potatoes, then simmered until thickened. There will be a butternut squash dish as a vegetarian option. Credit and debit cards accepted.
