The Center for Water and Society World Water Day poster competition was held Tuesday, March 22. Awards were made in two categories: Original Research (presentation of thesis or project research) and Coursework/Informational (presentation of coursework or literature-based research). Two Students from the School of Forest Resources and Environmental Science were award and recipient.
Inthe Original Research Category: Third place ($100): Laura Kangas , “Artificial Microtopography Facilitates Northern White Cedar (Thuja Occidentalis L.) Survival in Created Wetlands”
In theCoursework/Informational Category: First place ($250): Aleta Daniels, “A Non-biased Look at Drilling for Natural Gas”
