HAM RADIO TRAINING: HARC will be offering training to get your Ham Radio Technician license. It will be Tuesday, September 20, Thursday, September 22, Tuesday, September 27, and Thursday, September 29 from 7:00 to 8:00 pm in Fisher 131. Attend all dates for the full class, but you are welcome to attend one. There will be a licensing exam on a later date. If you are interested in Ham radio and would like to learn more, the first session will be an overview of what it is and what we do in the local community.

LATIN AMERICAN DANCE: Join us on Friday, September 23 beginning at 8:00 pm in the MUB Ballroom B for a fun and relaxing time at the first Latin American dance of the year, a BOAT PARTY! Wear your summer-boat-cruise outfit! Learn how to dance to Latin music with free salsa lessons and make new friends. Following the lessons, there will be a three hours (9:00 pm to midnight)of open floor dancing including salsa, merengue, and bachata. No partner needed-family friendly-all skill levels-FREE! Light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.
