Join the MUB board on Wednesday, August 26th from 7-9pm on campus to celebrate the start to a great school year! We will have live music, snacks, artists, and games provided all over campus.  Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to keep up to date with our latest events. 


An Afternoon on the Town

On Saturday, August 29th starting at 10:00 AM the annual Welcome Week event, An Afternoon on the Town, will take place virtually. 
Students will engage with a virtual map to learn about local businesses and organizations to welcome new students and returning students prior to the fall semester. The virtual map can be found here.

There will be an opportunity for students to enter to win prizes by filling out the Prize Form before 3 p.m. on Saturday. The map will be accessible after the Prize Form closes.

“An Afternoon on the Town” is sponsored by Student Leadership and Involvement, Waino Wahtera Center for Student Success and Residence Education and Housing Services.

Jason Nash is a comedian and internet personality with 3 million subscribers on YouTube. He’s written and directed two feature films (“FML” and “Jason Nash is Married”), was a semi-finalist on “Last Comic Standing,” recently starred in his own Comedy Central series “Second Chances”, and is a co-host of the successful podcast VIEWS, which reaches over 1 million listeners per episode.

Come out on September 2nd at 1 pm to the MUB Circle and grab a snack with MUB Board and Student Leadership and Involvement! We will have Oreos, chips, fruit snacks, pretzels, granola bars, and other food goodies!

Welcome Week Blood Drive

The need is constant. The gratification is instant. Give blood.

September 1, 11 AM – 5 PM
September 2, 10 AM – 4 PM

Join us for our first HuskyLead of the semester.
How to Market Your College Experience to Employers will focus on how to market your involvement, both on your resumes and in conversation.
Being able to communicate the skills gained outside the classroom is key when companies are faced with many qualified candidates. 
This presentation is being held on Thursday, September 3 at 6:00 PM in the MUB Ballroom A2.
