Cast Your Vote for the Spring Involvement Fair Theme!
As the season changes and springtime approaches, so does one of the most anticipated events on campus – the Spring Involvement Fair! This year, we want YOU to help us decide on the theme that will set the stage for a memorable and engaging fair.
The Spring Involvement Fair is a vibrant and exciting event where students, clubs, and organizations come together to showcase their passions, talents, and causes. It’s a fantastic opportunity to discover new interests, make new friends, and get involved in your campus community.
But before we dive into the fair’s preparations, we need your input. We’ve come up with several theme options that will add an extra layer of fun and excitement to the event.
Here’s your chance to influence the ambiance, activities, and overall experience of the fair. The theme sets the tone, and we can’t wait to see which one resonates most with our campus community.

LeaderShape – Apply Today!
At Michigan Tech, we are dedicated to inspiring the leadership needed for all individuals to boldly push everyday boundaries while serving others. For nearly 30 years, we have hosted the LeaderShape® Institute as a way to do just that. Do you want to develop your leadership skills and learn to lead boldly? If so, you are invited to apply to LeaderShape Institute which will be held January 3-6, 2024, at the Ford Center in Alberta, MI just prior to the start of the Spring Semester.
LeaderShape Institute is a four-day retreat that provides participants the opportunity for self-discovery in a community of peers. The Institute helps individuals identify their values and develop a vision for something they care about through self-assessment, intensive small-group discussions, team-building challenges, and more. By leading with passion, integrity, and a healthy disregard for the impossible, participants explore who they are and the impact that they want to have on communities working towards a more caring, just, and equitable society.
We know leaders don’t need to hold a position or a title to impact their community. No matter who you are, how you are involved on campus, or what your future goals are – this program could benefit you. But don’t take our word for it, hear what some of our past participants have to say on our LeaderShape webpage.
The application is available online now through November 5, 2023. Thanks to donations (equivalent to $750 per student), the participation fee for the Institute is only $100 per participant. Additional sponsorship may be available for even that individual fee from other University groups, so don’t let that stop you from applying! Our office will work with you to find additional support as needed.
