An informational session about the College of Business Study Abroad trip to Hamburg, Germany, will take place Tuesday, November 19, at 5 pm in AOB 101.
The trip takes place May 5-24, 2025. Participating students will receive academic credit for OSM 3000 Operations and Supply Chain Management (3 credits) and/or MKT 4990 Intro to Consumer Research in Europe (3 credits). Based on the student’s interest, the total credits from this trip can be between 3 and 6 credits.
- OSM 3000: Learn first-hand about large-scale operations, logistics, manufacturing and lean processes, and supply chains in Germany
- MKT 4990: Learn first-hand about consumer behavior, digital marketing, advertising, B2B, and technical sales in Europe
- Blending theory and practice
- Gain international and intercultural knowledge
- Faculty-led field trips to experience large-scale industrial operations (automotive, aerospace, processing plant, etc.)
- Cultural excursions for understanding consumer behavior
