Sonia Goltz Quoted in Article About Dual-career Hiring

Sonia Goltz, Professor of Organizational Behavior in the College of Business, was quoted in a an article about dual-career hiring recently published in the respected online publication, Inside Higher Ed.

“Dual-career hiring can get them in the door,” Goltz said in the article. “But you can still have that turnover problem if you don’t support women in other ways, and they’re still getting less square footage in their lab space, less pay and fewer salary increases.”

Goltz is a Mickus Endowed Faculty Fellow in Business Impact. Her research interests include organizational change and organizational discrimination and justice processes.

Goltz is a recognized expert in her field, /she is an editorial board member for the Journal of Management Education, the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management, and the Journal of Business and Management.
