Sonia Goltz Quoted in Article About Dual-career Hiring

Sonia Goltz, Professor of Organizational Behavior in the College of Business, was quoted in a an article about dual-career hiring recently published in the respected online publication, Inside Higher Ed.

“Dual-career hiring can get them in the door,” Goltz said in the article. “But you can still have that turnover problem if you don’t support women in other ways, and they’re still getting less square footage in their lab space, less pay and fewer salary increases.”
