Michigan Tech undergraduate Justin Martin, Computer Science, was quoted in the story “Spring-break partying falls victim to COVID-19 crisis.” Martin told how he chose to visit family in Michigan rather than travel to Florida for spring break. A scholarly paper co-authored by Assistant Professor Sidike Paheding, Applied Computing, has been published in the April 2021 issue of ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, published by Science Direct.
