A paper by fourth-year Ph.D. student Niusen Chen, Computer Science, has been accepted by the 17th ACM ASIA Conference on Computer and Communications Security (ASIACCS ’22), a top-tier cybersecurity conference. The paper is titled, “Duplicates also Matter! Towards Secure Deletion on Flash-based Storage Media by Removing Duplicates.” The acceptance rate for ASIACCS ’22 is just 18.4%. The conference takes place from May 30 to June 2, 2022.
Chen is advised by Bo Chen (CS). Bo Chen is a member of the Institute of Computing and Cybersystems’s (ICC) Centers for Biucomputing and Digital Health (BDH), Cybersecurity (CyberS), and Computing Education (CompEd).
