SME’s Co-Op experience is designed to kick-start rewarding careers in consulting practices. Our program provides daily, hands-on opportunities to learn about foundation design concepts, the overall construction process, construction materials testing and evaluation, failure analysis methods, non-destructive testing techniques, pavement and site civil design, and how to interpret plans and specifications. And, you’ll get to work with some of the finest professionals in consulting practice! We also offer our Co-Ops great benefits!
