Eligibility will include students currently in their senior year of undergraduate work, masters and doctorate students, maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, in educational disciplines including, but not limited to, dredging, coastal engineering, civil engineering (with a study focus on water), and oceanography.
