Job Posting: MDOT Transportation Engineer (Mackinac Bridge)

This position serves to help manage and analyze complex structural related projects for the Mackinac Bridge and improvements to the Mackinac Bridge facilities. This position also carries out inspections on the bridge, plans and develops in-house maintenance projects with the MBA crews, maintains maintenance records, and helps to develop the Mackinac Bridge maintenance budget. In this position you will also communicate and interact with worldwide leaders in the bridge and transportation industry through membership in the International Cable Supported Bridge Operators Association.
