I am a Ph.D. candidate in Biomedical Engineering at Michigan Technological University, conducting my doctoral research under the guidance of Dr. Sean J. Kirkpatrick. My research focuses on developing computational methods to improve optical imaging techniques used to measure blood flow and other dynamic processes in biological tissues.
My work combines computational modeling, signal processing, and experimental imaging to improve the accuracy and reliability of biomedical measurements. In addition to my research, I have served as a Teaching Assistant for Biomedical Engineering laboratory courses, supporting laboratory instruction and helping students develop practical experimental and data analysis skills.
I am honored to receive the Michigan Tech Graduate School Finishing Fellowship, which will allow me to focus on completing my dissertation and preparing my research for publication. I am grateful for the guidance and support of my advisor, Dr. Kirkpatrick, and the Biomedical Engineering program at Michigan Tech throughout my doctoral studies. After graduation, I hope to pursue a research and development career in biomedical optics and advanced imaging technologies.
