Color Tours Coming Soon!

Mont Ripley will once again be offering chairlift rides for fall color viewing. Come see the spectacular fall colors and overlook the Michigan Tech campus from the top of Mont Ripley.

Michigan Tech Family Weekend
Friday, September 29: 3 pm-7 pm
Saturday, September 30: 10 am-7 pm
Sunday, October 1: 10 am-7 pm

Saturday, October 7: 12 pm-6:30 pm
Sunday, October 8: 12 pm-6:30 pm

Saturday, October 14: 12 pm-6:30 pm
Sunday, October 15: 12 pm-6:30 pm

Dates and times subject to change due to weather and colors

$10 Adults
$8 Michigan Tech Student (with ID)
Children 10 and under free with an adult

CASH ONLY if paying at the lift

Proceeds from color tours benefit Mont Ripley chair lift improvement projects, Mont Ripley’s Volunteer Ski Patrol, and the new Copper Country Snowsports Club.

Who needs gear?

After School Participants and Michigan Tech students taking ski or snowboard classes;

Please make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes ahead of your class starting time to allow time to pick up rental equipment, if needed.

If you are renting for the first time and have not paid, or you have not yet been fitted for your equipment, please attempt to visit Mont Ripley prior to your first day of class. If that is not possible, please arrive more than 30 minutes ahead of time! Come to the ticket office for any payments.

Please be patient with the office and rental staff as we prepare for classes to resume this week. The first week is always the most difficult.

ALL CLASSES MEET IN THE RACE ROOM!
The race room is located just to the Northwest of the chalet. Pick up rental gear first, inside the main entrance and then head straight there. Michigan Tech Students can swipe for a day pass at class.
