Seasonal Employment Opportunities

Our team plays an important role in creating a welcoming, safe, and memorable experience for skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities.

Positions include:

• Guest Services & Ticket Office – Help guests with tickets, season passes, purchases, and general information.
• Rental Shop – Assist guests with ski and snowboard equipment rentals and fitting.
• Lift Operations – Help guests safely load and unload chairlifts while keeping operations running smoothly.
• Snow School – Share your love of skiing or snowboarding by helping others learn and improve.
• Other Operations – Support the behind-the-scenes work that keeps Mont Ripley running throughout the winter.

Lock In Your Rate Before Midnight

Winter is getting closer, and so is ski season at Mont Ripley! If you haven’t purchased your 2026–27 season pass yet, now is the time to act.

Our next price increase takes effect at midnight on October 15, and there will be TWO additional price increases before opening day. That means the longer you wait, the more you’ll pay for the same great season of skiing and snowboarding.

• Adult Season Pass: $390 —> $420
• Child Season Pass: $340 —> $370
• Family Season Pass: $1,330 —> $1420
• Additional Children: $310 —> $330

Don’t want to pay the full amount upfront? Our payment plans allow you to lock in today’s season pass price and spread the cost over multiple payments.

Payroll Deduction for Michigan Tech Employees

Michigan Tech employees can make purchasing a season pass even easier through payroll deduction!

Instead of paying the full amount upfront, eligible employees can divide the cost of their passes across remaining biweekly pay periods.

Purchasing now means you can take advantage of both the current discounted pricing and more pay periods to spread out the expense.

Michigan Tech employees can take advantage of payroll deduction to spread the cost of their season pass over multiple pay periods.

We also offer personal installment plans through the Mont Ripley office, allowing you to lock in the current price and divide your purchase into manageable payments with no interest or additional fees.
