Seasonal Employment Opportunities
Our team plays an important role in creating a welcoming, safe, and memorable experience for skiers and snowboarders of all ages and abilities.
Positions include:
- Guest Services & Ticket Office – Help guests with tickets, season passes, purchases, and general information.
- Rental Shop – Assist guests with ski and snowboard equipment rentals and fitting.
- Lift Operations – Help guests safely load and unload chairlifts while keeping operations running smoothly.
- Snow School – Share your love of skiing or snowboarding by helping others learn and improve.
- Other Operations – Support the behind-the-scenes work that keeps Mont Ripley running throughout the winter.
