Sangyoon Han, an assistant professor in Michigan Tech’s Biomedical Engineering department, and an affiliated assistant professor in Mechanical Engineering-Engineering Mechanics, recently joined the multi-disciplinary Institute of Computing and Cybersystems (ICC) and its Data Sciences research group.
Han’s primary research interests are in mechanobiology, cell migration, and image data modeling, and he’s looking for collaborators. His research goals include applying computer vision to microscopic images to capture meaningful information, and Han invites researchers and students to contact him to discuss potential research opportunities.
