The College of Computing is accepting applications for the role of Communications and Front Desk Student Assistant. The student will help the communications director increase social media engagement on the College of Computing’s social media channels. The student assistant will also be a front desk person, greeting walk-in traffic in the College. The position starts immediately and ends April 28, 2023. Apply on Handshake.
- Duties: 1) Help the communications director implement the College’s overall social media strategy; 2) Help administer and maintain social media channels; 3) Publish social media posts and track activity
- Required: An interest in helping the College build its audience and increase engagement on its social media channels.
- Desired: 1) An understanding of and interest in core social media strategies; and 2) Some experience building and maintaining a social media presence, for yourself or others
