The Michigan Tech Health Informatics master’s program will host guest speaker Matt Nash, CEO of Kairos Technologies, on Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 10-10:45 am in Rekhi G009 and via Zoom. Nash’s talk is titled, “Artificial Intelligence in the Healthcare and Medical Fields.”
As the CEO of Kairos Technologies, Matt has built AI tools in healthcare, leading R&D of disruptive technologies, programs, and services. He has grown a team of elite technologists and entrepreneurs, invented more intelligent healthcare experiences, and solved world-class problems with great enthusiasm and intent. Matt reported directly to an esteemed board of directors and was responsible for every facet of complex and fast-moving venture studio operations.
Prior to Kairios Technologies, Matt held various leadership roles at WPS Health Solutions, where he established a full-time digital product studio, built and led teams dedicated to machine learning applications, workflow automation, desktop robotics, and rules engines, and identified and demystified disrupting technologies for the business. Educated in computer science at St. Ambrose University, he has a strong background in software architecture, implementation, integration, and organizational transformation.
Matt is passionate about creating a better future for humanity by making technology products, recruiting the best in the industry, and directing them at gross inefficiency and waste. There will be time to ask questions.
