Duties:
Interns will receive training to perform soils laboratory testing and geotechnical field reconnaissance. They will receive close supervision and support while they assist geotechnical engineers in daily field report preparation and other engineering activities. Attention to detail, focus on accuracy, and maintaining cordial relationships with coworkers, clients, contractors are important.
Experience:
- 0 – 1 year or related experience.
- Strong communication skills, intermediate Microsoft Office experience required.
- Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a drug test required.
Required Education: Graduate student currently enrolled in a master’s program, or bachelor’s graduate applying for a master’s program in geotechnical engineering. Must be pursuing coursework relevant to the position.
