Blossom Gold is seeking a motivated Project Geologist to support and advance exploration programs in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and community relations standards • Lead geologic mapping programs and supervise drilling contractors • Coordinate and maintain core shed operational standards • Design and manage drill programs, including recommending drill targets • Oversee core and reverse circulation (RC) chip logging • Supervise geological staff and enforce QA/QC protocols • Review technical and project proposals to ensure adherence to best practices • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure delivery within scope • Communicate project process clearly to internal and external stakeholders • Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Geology or related field • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mineral exploration or mine geology (gold experience preferred) or an advanced degree • Demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental responsibility • Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills • Proficiency with MS Office, Leapfrog, ArcGIS, and 3D geological modeling software • Ability to work in field conditions, including uneven terrain and lifting up to 50 pounds Blossom Gold Inc
