What do we do over the summer?

Have you ever wondered what happens at Mont Ripley over the summer?

Ski hill operations is a year round job. Over the summer months, the operations crew at Mont Ripley do all of the projects needed to provide you with the excellence skiing you have become accustomed to, and to keep our ski area operating safely.

This year is no exception. In addition to regular maintenance, we are taking advice from our industry leaders and following the direction of the University Administration as they take the appropriate steps to help us reopen safely.

While we plan on operating as normal by winter, we are diligently preparing for changes to make our operations safer due to the current COVID-19 concerns.

Follow the MTU Flex Team’s reopening updates. And until we see you again, stay home and stay safe.
