Michigan Tech has joined the Physics Teacher Education Coalition (PhysTEC) as a member institution. This will allow the university access to coalition activities, funding opportunities, science education policy, and other information related to physics teacher preparation. There are more than 300 institutions in the coalition dedicated to improving and promoting physics teacher education.
