Michigan Tech is partnering with EGLE and the Superior Watershed Partnership to host an E-Waste Collection drive on Friday, July 17 from 10am – 2pm in Lot 24 off of Sharon Avenue. There is a $5 fee per car and no charge per item.
Acceptable materials include:
- CD, DVD, and VCR Players
- Desktop fax machines, printers, scanners and phones
- computers, phones, and tablets
- TVs and monitors (no rear project TVs)
- keyboards, cords, routers
- Gaming consoles
Not acceptable:
- No kitchen appliances, vacuums, lamps, or rear projection TVs
