Internships: Next Step Ministries Construction Internships!

This is John Michael Greenwood, Senior Project Manager with Next Step Ministries. Thanks so much for fielding our last email regarding our available construction internships. We’re beginning to game plan many of our service projects for this summer.

Once we gauge the knowledge and skill level of this year’s incoming construction staff, we’ll be able to hone in on the scope of projects for the summer. We have been blessed to lead tens of thousands of hours of service work in 12 different communities across the United States every summer for over a decade now.

Our construction intern alumni will attest to the impact this internship has had on their experience level and resume development. See a few of them and what they are doing now in the links below!

We have positions for various experience levels. Next Step provides training and support, and we place hired construction staff on a team in one of 12 partner communities. Interns get to live in Christian community with fellow young adults, and get to be examples to the younger generation of what it looks like to put their faith into action.

  • Positions available: Construction Project Manager (CPM), Construction Site Supervisor (CSS)
  • Full Time Position: May 19 – August 5, 2025, (Lodging and meals included)
