New RSO Travel Procedures
To help expedite the process of completing all the RSO Travel documents, we have simplified the process for completing the RSO Travel Policy document. Each member will no longer need to physically sign the Travel Policy document; instead, each traveling member will need to fill out the Member Travel Agreement once per academic year. This is a Google form that the traveling members can digitally sign anywhere. You will be able to see who has filled out the Google form from a link on our website and on the RSO Travel Form. It is your responsibility to make sure each traveling member has filled out the form at least 2 days before they travel! Because we will no longer be getting the list of RSO members traveling from the Travel Policy document, we have added a space in the RSO Travel Form for you to list the names of all your members traveling on that trip.
If you have completed the old RSO Travel documents for an upcoming trip, those are still valid as we incorporate the new process. You can also check out our traveling safety tips on our updated RSO travel page.
