All About Sleep Lunch & Learn Well Attended

Jason Carter, associate vice president for research and an expert in sleep and sleep disorders, discussed the latest science behind the importance of good sleep hygiene.

Faculty, staff, students, and local community members learned about the ways lack of quality sleep can affect a person’s blood pressure and lead to hypertension, and how to create a bedtime ritual to promote deep sleep.
